PARK RULES AT THE GRAVEYARD MUD BOG
WE DON'T HAVE A LOT OF RULES, BUT WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THE ONES WE DO HAVE........
You must have a Government-Issued Photo ID with you to enter the park!
NO EXCEPTIONS!
All park guests MUST sign a waiver before entering the park for any event. ID and Waiver required for EVERYBODY.
All park guests under the age of 18 must have parents or legal guardians sign a consent form .
Flags are required for ATVs and Side x Sides under 250cc. Park rules require headlights or glowwhips at night. 60" pole for flags please. Please note that we DO sell flags at our front gate.
Helmets highly recommended for all riders, especially those under twelve years old. Riders assume all responsibility for safely operating vehicles.
Park guests must obey the directions of The Graveyard staff and security at all times.
For the safety of all of our guests, PARK SPEED LIMIT IS 10MPH on the roads and trails at all times. Failure to adhere to this policy may be cause for eviction from our park.
FIGHTING OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
You will be removed from the park if caught fighting.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Mud holes close at sundown daily.
Anyone caught riding at the mud holes after hours will be removed from the park.
Night Riding is allowed on trails. Ride at your own Risk - we do not have the ability to pull you out if you get stuck. PLEASE NOTE that large trucks are NOT allowed to ride at night. Night riding is for ATVs and Side x Sides and Jeeps and small trucks on the trails ONLY.
Three-wheelers and dirt bikes of any kind are not permitted
Sport Quads of any kind are not permitted. We are a mud bog.
(2WD Chain Drive vehicles under 150cc ARE allowed for youth riders)
No Glass Containers allowed.
No underage drinking or alcohol abuse of any kind will be tolerated.
Sorry, our insurance requires that no pets are allowed except Service Animals with papers.
No Firearms or Chainsaws allowed.
No pallets allowed.
No drones allowed over our park.
PLEASE NOTE - THE GRAVEYARD WAS DESIGNED AND BUILT FOR ATVs, SIDE x SIDES, JEEPS, AND SMALL-TIRE TRUCKS (DOT 18.4 and under). WHILE ALL VEHICLES ARE WELCOME AT OUR PARK, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT LARGE TIRE TRUCK ACTIVITY IS LIMITED TO OUR MAIN MUD HOLE AND THE CAMPING AREAS. THANK YOU.
